GHD Ubbo Emmius

Greetings future historians!

We are GHD Ubbo Emmius, the association for the history study (it’s like the Avengers, but only for dorks), and we’ve organised a little something for the soon to be first year history students. Each year we organise a camp for three days where you can meet other first year students, talk to some older years, and get a general impression of the study and our association. 

It will be held at the ’’De Slikken’’ in the beautiful village of Westernieland. You will be leaving from the university building by bike, so make sure to either have one already or rent an OV-Fiets. Don’t worry about your luggage, we will take it to the location by car. The next three days will be filled with fun activities, which we won’t spoil yet. It will take place from the 29th until the 31st, and will cost around 37 euros plus some additional costs for the drinks you will consume.
